My name is Sharleen Spahiu. I have over 27 years of breastfeeding experience. I am a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist/Educator and La Leche League Leader. Here you will be able to find resources and information to help in the process of breastfeeding. It is my goal to:
-Support your overall success and satisfaction with breastfeeding journey and goals.
-Educate and support family during pregnancy, perinatal period through weaning.
-Advocate for evidence-based breastfeeding information and support through in-person meetings (Lyndhurst, Rutherford area), by phone/text or online.
